We liked her some much then, we used her again this time. We had particularly difficult sellers and seller agents and she handled them like a pro. On the home we sold, they staged and photographed it, and wrote a wonderful listing. The home sold in a day. She held her position strong for us on what we wanted and needed and we felt took great personal care of us. We would use the team again if we needed too! ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was the best agent we have EVER worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate in general, but seriously KNOWS the Phoenix area market. She is honest, tells you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear and because of that makes a great partner to work with in buying and selling your home. We have referred her to a number of friends and family members and she has treated them and us as though we were almost her own family. Admittedly, she became a very close friend of mine during the process of selling due to character strengths that make a great agent AND a dear friend :-). We have since moved to other states and have sorely missed the communication that Jennifer provided during our transaction in Glendale. I guess when youve had the best, its pretty darn frustrating to deal with other agents that do NOT provide great updates and keep in touch with you. All said, Jennifer simply is an outstanding agent in every way that you need when buying or selling.

For my sale she said trust me and what she predicted came true exactly! Then the inspection comes in, what if something is wrong, how do we fix it? Jennifer can handle it all.
