West USA Realty of Prescott

Cindy is motivated and supportive and a real go getter at what she does. She was always super responsive and made sure I was aware of where we were in the process and what I could expect. I had a difficult loan and was trying to buy a house owned by the government but her knowledge and expertise got us through. She really came through for me and I dont think I couldve done it with anyone else. I recommend Cindy Lee to anyone looking for a home. You will be in good hands!

Cindy was exceptional. She is knowledgeable and there for you for any questions you might have. She was my rock when things went sideways for a few days and she does not shut off her phone at 5:00. Which was a problem on the selling side. Cindy knows the Prescott area like the back of her hand. You cannot go wrong with Cindy and she will find the house for you. All you need to do is give her your criteria and she will send you homes within those parameters.

Toy Andrews is very knowledgeable and knows the area very well. He has answers to every question, even the ones we didnt know we had. he sees every detail in sharp focus and leaves no stone unturned. We felt confident during our home search/purchase. He was there with us through every step of the home buying process. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and we are so lucky to have him as our realtor!

Chelsea was always available. Chelsea new her job and was prepared for the next step along the way. She never did or said anything without my knowledge. She knew the area the home was in.

After spending a weekend with Cindy looking for a home, we knew she was the Realtor for us. Her knowledge of the area was exceptional. Once we found the area and property we wanted, Cindy made the buying process as seamless as possible. With excellent communication skills, she took care of any and all hiccups along the way. I would 100% recommend Cindy to anyone looking to buy in the Prescott and surrounding area. Thank you Cindy (and Mark) for taking such good care of us!
