Lora sold me a house in Prescott a decade ago, and is now the selling agent for that property. She is professional, insightful, and ethical. She showed the only the types of properties we asked to see, helped us to negotiate in purchasing a property in probate, and is now helping us to sell that same property. Her long term connection to the region, and her vision for a sustainable economic and environmental future helped us to choose the right location in a neighborhood we love.

SHE IS GREAT! SHE WALKED ME THROUGH MY SALE WITH EASE. TRUSTED HER TOTALLY. SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD A SELLER AND SHE DID . MY LAND WAS UP FOR SALE WITH HER APPROX. 3 MONTHS AND IT SOLD. I HAD HAD IT FOR SALE BY OWNER FOR 2 YEARS APPROX. I COULD NOT SELL IT. A FRIEND RECOMMENDED LORA, SOLD WITHIN 3 MONTHS. VERY GOOD

Lora helped me to put together, work through, and finalize the sale of my Prescott home. There were a number of entanglements with the county, title, etc, but she patiently and confidently helped me through each step of the way to experience a successful sale for a fair price and arrangements. She knows the right people in the right places/offices, and how to get a deal done.

She is a very knowledgeable agent. Responsive to seller needs. Personable. Thorough. Tells it like it is and that is for me a most admirable trait. Would highly recommend her. She certainly knew a lot more than the buyer's broker. If it was not for Lora my deal would not get done. She also helped with sources for repairs, inspections etc. I like her.

Thru the whole process she stayed on top of the issues and worked out all problems I had with seller. My case was a little long and drawn out but she never lost sight if my goal.

I interviewed five real estate agents from Prescott, AZ. They all said they were "relocation experts". I said to all, "Okay, I want to buy a house and I want you to find a job for my wife."Not only did Lora find me the perfect property, her contacts within the City were invaluable as she found my wife a job perfectly suited for her background.Lora's knowledge of the region, contacts within the City and expertise within the process is second to NONE.Lora can give my number to anyone who needs a reference. She's a pro.
