West USA Realty

My only disappointment was there was a $39000 cut in original asking price. But they did sell my house for that price.

5star

Michelle Minik and her team did a fantastic job of listing my home and quickly finding a buyer. Even though I was out of state during the closing, everything was handled on time, professionally and competently. I am satisfied with all that they did.

Nick did an outstanding job in helping me sell my house in a timely and efficient manner. Together with Michelle, he gave me a comprehensive briefing at the very beginning of the sale process including how the property will be marketed on various platforms and the legal arrangements. Nick organized very well attended open houses that eventually led to successful sale of the property. Nick demonstrated superior skills sale contract negotiation and he was always available to respond to any queries that I had. Nick is very friendly and I found him easy to work with and I strongly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property in Arizona.

We were very happy with the services provided by WestUSA. Paul Schaefer and Michelle Minik dealt effectively with difficult issues that expedated the selling process. We needed to move the existing renters to a new location for which Paul did a wonderful job. WestUSA also worked dilegently to show the property over the holiday season successfully finding a buyer. Paul and his team worked smoothly through the closing process to finalize the sale. We highly recommend this team.
