I'm a disabled veteran with bad knees and underwent massive brain surgery and asked for a single level house with gas because my electric bill is always higher in the winter than in the summer and I'm always cold. Afterwards, all of the email listings received send 2 level homes without gas, but worse, with pools. Yes, I even informed him that my wife is allergic to the sun. I feel like we're being treated like a number in which you'll feel that way too. There are hundreds of realtors out there. I am willing to wait 6 months to be released from their contract rather than use them any further!!!

ZillowVERIFIED There are some very important skills one looks for when hiring a real estate agent. Setting the right price on a home is the first step and Team Minik was spot on. They provided many suggestions on how to stage the house to create the best appearance. Probably most important was the marketing program they pulled together with the 3D video camera, drone pictures, excellent interior photos and a first class listing sheet. Lastly was the final negotiation and once again they were creative with their advice. They held many open houses which I think helped sell the home. ZillowVERIFIED Before choosing a real estate agent, my husband and myself visited a lot of open houses where we met Karla Cruz. She was very personable and knowledgeable in her approach to selling homes. We spoke in detail with Karla and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located in front of a strip mall and in a neighborhood with similar homes for sale would be tough to sell. Karla made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like providing tips on decluttering, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our home was also voted best of tour as a result of great communication and teamwork.Our house went under contract 13 days after we put it on the market for the full asking price. We accepted and Karla walked us through the steps of the closing process. I recommend Team Minik of WestUSA to anyone who want to experience professionalism at its best. Shes a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a more dedicated Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend team Minik and there team. Charles & Janet went above and beyond to help us find the home we wanted and all the questions 1st time home buyers have. From Charles bouncing around with us from house to house to find just the rite one, even after hours with a pregnant wife at home (sorry Charles). To Janet answering alot of questions and sending me all the paperwork we needed. We found the home we liked and it had some roof issues that the home seller agreed to fix. Being a two story house I didn't have a latter big enough to get up there and find out if the repairs were fixed correctly. Charles offered to bring his own drone over to the house so we could see the repairs made were correct. After purchase Janet found every service provider that we would need and sent all the phone numbers and contacts over to us which was a big help. You can't go wrong with this team. We really enjoy the area and as our lease was coming due for renewal we decided to start looking at some homes. We visited a few open houses and talked to a few agents.
