WERE Real Estate

It is a pleasure to work with Andrew. As a first time home buyer we literally had thousands of questions. Andrew was extremely patient and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and concerns. Thanks to all of his help we were able to find a perfect place. He was always responsive (literally 24 hours), meticulous with his job and fun to work with. Andrew ll always be our agent.

Andrew was very helpful, kind and professional throughout my real estate search. He managed video tours, inspections and numerous phone calls on various properties and issues. There is no doubt my time sensitive out of state purchase could have happened without his efforts. He was patient and always responsive with my questions and made getting the job done easy, for me, from the initial phone call through the close of escrow.

Albert Hernandez was fantastic in finding a tenant for my Highland Park rental. His local knowledge came in handy and really made a difference in getting the right person for the place. He was easy to work with, and I'm thrilled with the results. Will definitely continue to work with him and will highly recommend him!

Albert was a pleasure to work with! We had a baby on the way and our timeline was very ambitious especially in this market. He was able to work with us and provide listings that fit our criteria. He went above and beyond to connect us to our loan officer as well. When we did find the home we loved, we had all of our preliminary work completed which allowed us a quick and smooth home purchase. This is our first home purchase and I am grateful that we had Albert to guide us along this journey! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Albert was very helpful since I was purchasing the home remotely. He was super responsive on txt and phone. We won over 12+ bids and Albert was constantly keeping us up to date on what was happening.
