ZillowVERIFIED Albert was a pleasure to work with! We had a baby on the way and our timeline was very ambitious especially in this market. He was able to work with us and provide listings that fit our criteria. He went above and beyond to connect us to our loan officer as well. When we did find the home we loved, we had all of our preliminary work completed which allowed us a quick and smooth home purchase. This is our first home purchase and I am grateful that we had Albert to guide us along this journey! I HIGHLY recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Albert is a tremendous asset when it come to helping people buy and sell homes. At first I wasn't sure if I would even qualify to buy a home but he guided me through the process and sure enough I qualified. Being a first time buyer I didn't know what to expect but he explained everything with me and then guided me step by step from looking at homes, putting in offers, and finally buying a home. I'm sure happy that I had Albert on my side because he went to bat for me as he negotiated for the home I bought. Couldn't have done it without him. I highly recommend Albert to any first time home buyer or even if anyone is selling their home. He's there for you the whole step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Alberto is the best agent you could ever possibly ask for. He is so patient, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped me through the entire process, from the start all the way until I received my keys to my first home. He walked me through every step and every process and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making an offer on a house I didnt like. He would even discourage me from bidding on a house if he felt the house didnt have the value the seller was asking for. This saved me so much time. I would strongly recommend him to you and you will not regret it ..

ZillowVERIFIED He is very well connected and the real estate group he is part of has the whole process streamlined. Unfortunately my Mother passed away and it fell on me as her aEURoesuccessor aEURoe to sell the house and split the proceeds with my sister. Albert came by to evaluate the property and showed us some comparables from around the neighborhood. After some negotiation, we came up with a sale price. He put it on the market and had dozens of offers after the first open house weekend. Two were very promising as they tried to out bid each other...that was to my benefit. The house entered escrow almost immediately. After about 3-4 weeks, the house sold and the funds were released. It just seemed so fast. Every question I asked was answered with knowledge and professionalism. Every aspect of the sale timeline was aEURoenon-troublesome aEURoe. He did everything...of course with my permission. Document signing and its explanation were very insightful and he was always available to answer questions and visit the property at a moments notice. If your thinking about selling your house, I highly recommend Mr. Hernandez and his team. They are really good at what they do.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I highly recommend albert hernandez. Our home buying journey with him took a little less than 2 months. He didn't just show us the home he pointed out any damages or flaws the home had and it made it easy for us to make a choice. I didn't think a agent would do that because I aways thought they only wanted to make a sale. Not with Alfred. He was honest and upfront with us from day one. He made it easy and answered all our questions and now we bought the home of our dreams. I'm glad he was recommended to us.

ZillowVERIFIED Albert was a great real estate agent! He was very patient in helping my husband and I find our perfect home. He listened to our needs and helped us narrow down homes that were to our liking. He was also very flexible with our schedule, he was able to work with the limited time we were available in order to find our home. Very knowledgeable, responsive and a great negotiator! Always there to answer my many questions in the home buying process! Additionally, he broke down every step of the process so we knew what to expect. ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer, I greatly appreciate Albert's helpfulness and empathy towards me and my family. I have no idea what the norms are for starting the process of shopping for homes, much less buying one, but that has not mattered for Mr. Hernandez. He has gone with me to view houses whether it be raining or it's Thanksgiving Day, Albert made sure I felt like he prioritized my satisfaction. Albert has been with me every step of the way, and continues to do so at the time of this review. Highly recommend his services.
