Shes very knowledgeable, however even if theres anything shes not sure about, she is quick to get back to you on details she finds/figures out. Having Leigh as our realtor was such a wonderful experience, from beginning to end! Before we found Leigh, we had been trying to sell our house for five years and had gone through four realtors! After we found Leigh in August, we ended up closing on the sale, for our asking price, the day before Thanksgiving, the whole process taking just about three months. Leigh staged the house, arranged for fantastic photos of the inside and outside of the house and found a handyman to clean up the exterior and make the scary driveway look less scary! When the inspection turned up a permitting issue that needed to involve the town, Leigh always volunteered to pick up and drop off any paperwork at the townhall. She was always available by phone and always ready with reassurances and moral support, all of which turned out to be realistic. We can and do recommend Leigh heartily and without any reservation.
