Weidel Realtors

We had an amazing experience working with Karin throughout our home-buying journey. She was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to navigating offers and always helped us make informed decisions in a competitive market. Karin came to every walkthrough fully prepared, paying attention to details and advocating for our best interests every step of the way. Her responsiveness was exceptional, and she was always available to answer questions and provide guidance whenever we needed it. We highly recommend Karin to anyone looking for a dedicated, professional, and trustworthy realtor.

Karin was so wonderful to work with. I was looking to purchase a home in Hunterdon County, but I was living out of state. I gave Karin an idea of the area and type of home I wanted to buy and she was able to find me the perfect home. This transaction was a little unusual in that I only saw the home virtually before purchasing it. Karin was with me every step of the way, conducting a thorough, virtual walk through, and she took care of everything to ensure a smooth closing process. Karin is very knowledgeable about the local market, she followed up on everything and she was a pleasure to work with.

Mark sold my moms house of 58 years and was fantastic to work with since I live on the west coast and my moms house was in NJ. He was knowledgeable and very patient working with a senior.

I got so lucky...Zillow randomly assigned Karin to me when I requested a tour of a listed home on Zillow. I was skeptical since I didn't know Karin or get to research her as an agent beforehand, but it was the best thing that could've happened. Karin was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. She was very kind, responsive, and resourceful. She was also accommodating to our schedule and welcomed our children to accompany us during tours. Karin was always professional but also personable so that I felt comfortable and confident with her and in the home buying process. It was also helpful that her references of inspectors and contractors were up to the same standard. I had a wonderful experience with buying my first home thanks to Karin. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Karin went above and beyond to help us navigate the buying and selling process. She was our advocate during the entire process and was always willing to offer her assistance and expertise whenever we needed it.
