ZillowVERIFIED In the current real estate market, it is more important than ever to have someone who you can trust, knows the market, has the experience and expertise to position your home and guide you through the myriad of items that need to be done to maximize your exposure and your selling price. Mark fulfills all these requirements and more. After interviewing several possible real estate agents, it was clear that Mark was the best choice. We had a lot of concerns and trepidation about listing our home, but Mark worked with us to allay those fears. After listing our home, we were bombarded with requests for showings, then multiple offers. OMG, our heads were spinning, but Mark walked us through the process to obtain the best offer. And hooray, we accepted an offer well over our listing price with a closing date sooner than anticipated! Then there were the inspections, repairs, back and forth with the buyers, engaging a lawyer and township inspection. Again, Mark walked us through all this and even came to our home to install new smoke alarms to pass the township fire inspection. What more could we ask for? Mark did a fabulous job of selling our home and we are so happy. We easily rate him 5 stars. If you are going to sell your home, go with the best, go with Mark.

It had been on the market for a year with other realtors and they did not get much action or any offers . Once Mark got the listing it was under contract in three months. Mark spends the extra time and money to put your listing in as many spots as possible (websites,weekly publications ,home for sale magazines) and has your listing posted in the premier locations in the aforementioned. I think this type of effort makes Mark the top performing realtor in his company.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark helped us sell our house in Ringoes at a time when house values had declined significantly. He is extremely thorough in his market research and made a very evidence based recommendation for our list price. We received 5 purchase offers in the first week we listed, all of them at or above list price when other similarly priced homes had sat on the market for many, many months. I think the reason for this was a combination of being very well maintained home and a very fair list price. Pricing right gave us the peace of mind as sellers that we had other offers to fall back on. The one regret is that we did not accept the highest cash price purchase offer which upon hindsight, I would have negotiated. Mark also helped us find a home in a very sought after neighborhood where there were no listings that met our criteria. Mark took the innovative approach of writing to each resident in the neighborhood and identified potential sellers. We were absolutely thrilled when he found a house that was not the on the market that met our criteria which the owner was willing to sell. He became the seller's agent for that house, partnered beautifully with the buyer's agent we were already working with, and facilitated our purchase of what I hope will be our forever home.
