Aspasia is an excellent real estate agent. My parent's home was a "lifetime estate" that was deeded to the four of their children - me included. My mother passed and we needed to sell it. Except no one lived in NJ. I found Aspasia and reviewed her qualifications including how well she knew the area. It turns out, she sold homes in my parent's home town. I spoke to Aspasia by phone. We talked about the home, she produced a market analysis with a suggested amount. I am glad we decided to use her because after a few open houses, the home was sold! She did her job. We were very happy.
