My mother passed and we needed to sell it. Except no one lived in NJ. I found Aspasia and reviewed her qualifications including how well she knew the area. It turns out, she sold homes in my parent's home town. I spoke to Aspasia by phone. We talked about the home, she produced a market analysis with a suggested amount. I am glad we decided to use her because after a few open houses, the home was sold! She did her job. We were very happy.

She stood out because of her never say "no" attitude after we had a frenzy when we decided to list our home in NJ. She came out on top out of 10 different agents we interviewed. If you want honesty, die hard fighting attitude in your corner, look no further. We encountered several issues during our sale, she facilitated them and provided tangible course of action steps to solve them. We relocated back to TX and we had a local realtor assist with finding our home here in TX. Even though she was quite capable she didn't understand us the way ASPACIA did.
