Weichert Realtors Platinum Group

Ben was awesome! He went above and beyond what we expected in a realtor, and we could not be happier with our new home! Ben gave out great advice, showed us about a dozen homes and worked with us for a long time to find our right fit. Ben and his team are so helpful and encouraging. They listen to what we are looking for, and found us the perfect place for us! Thanks!

Ben Otis, Sarah Bailey and The Team at Weichert Realty are very professional and very friendly. I felt they listened to exactly what I wanted and then worked hard to make that happen. They helped me with every step to make sure that the house not only sold but sold smoothly and with the Tuesday updates I felt very informed.

Ben was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process! He work so hard to help us buy our perfect house and guided us through every step with ease. It was such a great experience working with him and his whole team.

We had an amazing experience with Ben Otis as our realtor. We are first-time homebuyers, and Ben was both extremely patient and thorough in answering our many questions. He was efficient and timely in communication, and helped move along the buying process after we had some difficulty communicating with our lender. Ben proved his trust-worthiness time and again through both his experience and knowledge of the local housing area, and informing us fully of the strengths and concerns of each home we visited. Being a not only a very satisfied client, but also a family friend of Ben Otis and his family, I could not recommend Ben and his team enough!

Ben helped us find our next home near family in Allegan. Once we found this home, he went right to work to sell our current home. The house was listed and an open house was scheduled within 3 days. It sold 4 days later. Ben is very professional and our closings all went well. We had weekly, Tuesday, updates regarding the closings via email which were super helpful.
