ZillowVERIFIEDBen Otis, Sarah Bailey and The Team at Weichert Realty are very professional and very friendly. I felt they listened to exactly what I wanted and then worked hard to make that happen. They helped me with every step to make sure that the house not only sold but sold smoothly and with the Tuesday updates I felt very informed.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben helped us find our next home near family in Allegan. Once we found this home, he went right to work to sell our current home. The house was listed and an open house was scheduled within 3 days. It sold 4 days later. Ben is very professional and our closings all went well. We had weekly, Tuesday, updates regarding the closings via email which were super helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an amazing experience with Ben Otis as our realtor. We are first-time homebuyers, and Ben was both extremely patient and thorough in answering our many questions. He was efficient and timely in communication, and helped move along the buying process after we had some difficulty communicating with our lender. Ben proved his trust-worthiness time and again through both his experience and knowledge of the local housing area, and informing us fully of the strengths and concerns of each home we visited. Being a not only a very satisfied client, but also a family friend of Ben Otis and his family, I could not recommend Ben and his team enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Ben and his team was amazing to work with! My husband and I sat down with Ben himself about 2 years ago and discussed our house buying options. He was very honest with us on what our options were and tips and suggestions on what we could do to improve our buying options if we chose to wait which we did and are we beyond happy we listened and waited. Here we are 2 years later and we just closed on what we consider our dream home! Because of Ben and his amazing team we were able to find, put an offer in, and close all within 2 months! We, as a whole family, love our new home and appreciate all the help from Ben and his team. We definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy!

ZillowVERIFIED Ben, Megan and Sarah were such a pleasure to work with. They were always available for any questions or concerns that I had during the selling process. The team is very honest, they have integrity, and they always had our best interest in mind. During the open house, we were able to see how hard Megan worked. She talked with everyone! She was inside the home, outside the home, in the garage area, and always had a smile. Without question, I would hire Ben, and his team, as our agent again! Thank you Ben, Megan, and Sarah for all of your hard work! Youre all so very much appreciated! ??

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommended. Very strong communication, quick sale, and very professional. I am confident that he will go above and beyond for you as well. I sold a fixer-upper in Allegan. It needed a lot of work. Ben and I worked together and set realistic expectations. He knows how to sell houses that are worth $300,000 as well as $50,000. He is well versed in real estate and the local areas in which he does business. I have no doubt in mind that I chose the right guy for the job.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben and his team are amazing! I ended up calling him late on a Friday and he took an hour out of his day not knowing if we were spending $1,000 or $1,000,000. From beginning to end he looked out for our best interest always. We are out of town clients so we never actually met in person. There was so much hard work and time invested to make sure our dream of a lake house came true. Not enough space here to say how grateful we are for Ben, Sarah and his entire team.

ZillowVERIFIED Where to begin! Ben truly made our first-time home purchase approachable and meaningful. His knowledge of the Allegan area, along with his passion for developing the city, combined to create a professional, yet personable experience that was consistent from start to finish. Ben was patient as we worked through our first viewings, helping us navigate towards a home that truly fit our needs. We are delighted to call ourselves homeowners, and grateful for Ben's help in making that happen!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't recommend Ben highly enough. After months of searching, we finally found our dream home. Ben was so knowledgeable about everything - from the process right down to pointing out in depth structural issues in homes that we never would have caught. He even hopped down into a few crawl spaces to check moisture levels. We never got the feeling that we were being rushed. Closing on our home came with several challenges that were out of our control - especially given the covid quarantine. He was there for us in extenuating circumstances and never lost his cool. He came up with creative solutions to complex dilemnas. He is incredibly trustworthy, professional, honest and respectful. We will absolutely be working with him in the future. Thanks Ben!!!
