Our story with Mindy began 6/2021. Due to personal reasons, we had to temporarily stop our home search. We loved her style and personality therefore we reached out to her again 1/2022. I dare say that we saw each other practically every weekend until we recently found our new home. She knew the market and guided us, as first time home owners, through a very daunting and often exasperating process. She encouraged us to keep looking even when sometimes we wanted to stop. Mindy absolutely heard the desperation in my seeking an apartment and in less than two weeks she found me a new satisfactory apartment for my son and myself to make a new start in. Mindy went above and beyond with her services. Id recommend her highly to anyone that is interested in seeking a new place.

I seen an apartment and applied for it the same day . I waited a week and still got the run around about my paper work being process . Finally almost two weeks in I'm told that the apartment was given to another client because they was willing to pay over the rent amount ask for. I was upset and requested my application fee back which went on deaf ears . I finally took it upon my self to request my application fee back by calling the national tenant network and found out that she never submitted my application . So that means I never had a chance for this apartment. She Had me strung along all the time. If I never called the tenant association I would have never know this. So how many other people she have done this too. Have them pay an application fee and never submitted the application. I know exactly why I never had a chance because I'm on section 8. They can't discriminate so they act like they taking applicants then disregard them .

Working with Mindy was a pleasure. We preferred a more hand-off approach, and Mindy was very patient with us, letting us look around and working with us as needed. When we finally wanted to pursue actively purchasing a house, Mindy was very responsive, provided information and timely guidance throughout the process. We are now the proud owners of a new home. We highly recommend working with Mindy!
