ZillowVERIFIED Mindy absolutely heard the desperation in my seeking an apartment and in less than two weeks she found me a new satisfactory apartment for my son and myself to make a new start in. Mindy went above and beyond with her services. Id recommend her highly to anyone that is interested in seeking a new place.

ZillowVERIFIED I seen an apartment and applied for it the same day . I waited a week and still got the run around about my paper work being process . Finally almost two weeks in I'm told that the apartment was given to another client because they was willing to pay over the rent amount ask for. I was upset and requested my application fee back which went on deaf ears . I finally took it upon my self to request my application fee back by calling the national tenant network and found out that she never submitted my application . So that means I never had a chance for this apartment. She Had me strung along all the time. If I never called the tenant association I would have never know this. So how many other people she have done this too. Have them pay an application fee and never submitted the application. I know exactly why I never had a chance because I'm on section 8. They can't discriminate so they act like they taking applicants then disregard them .

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Mindy was a pleasure. We preferred a more hand-off approach, and Mindy was very patient with us, letting us look around and working with us as needed. When we finally wanted to pursue actively purchasing a house, Mindy was very responsive, provided information and timely guidance throughout the process. We are now the proud owners of a new home. We highly recommend working with Mindy!

ZillowVERIFIED Our story with Mindy began 6/2021. Due to personal reasons, we had to temporarily stop our home search. We loved her style and personality therefore we reached out to her again 1/2022. I dare say that we saw each other practically every weekend until we recently found our new home. She knew the market and guided us, as first time home owners, through a very daunting and often exasperating process. She encouraged us to keep looking even when sometimes we wanted to stop. I can hear her sayingaEUR|aEUR?Your home is out there. You just have to keep looking!aEUR? If we were outbid, she would remind us that the house was not meant for us. What real estate agent shows up for a closing? SHE DID! I can keep going but needless to say, we have no reservations in recommending her to our family and friends! Thank you soooo much, Mindy!

ZillowVERIFIED Awesome broker. I was extremely pleased with her services, reliable, knowledgeable and she is extremely quick. It was a pleasure. This was my first experience buying a house and honestly at times felt lost, when by chance my wife and I saw her sign in a property we loved. We called her and she made it happened. We closed on the property in October.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for a house for some time, and I used to contact the agent but sometimes they never returned the call. The agents seemed to not want to do business until I found Mindy and the energy and charisma she has is impressive. She gave me the information of the house but she did not stay there, she started sending me messages, emails, so I decided to continue asking her, and I'm very happy and pleased with the service and love that Mindy gives to her clients. She not only gives you the information but also advises you if that house is good for you.

She is an extremely dedicated agent who is very organized, a great listener, educated and professional. She also has a great sense of humor which you need in this real estate market. She is extremely patient and agreed to show me as many homes as I thought I wanted to see but you realize early on that she understands what YOU want and hones in on that. She is also very knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods in Westchester that I was interested in-Scarsdale, Ardsley and Chappaqua just to name a few.I HIGHLY recommend Mindy for ANYONE looking for a home who has a busy schedule like I do and needs their time spent wisely. ZillowVERIFIED I have the pleasure of buying a house for first time with her. She is the only real estate person who showed me houses for 4 months, she has so much patience in showing me the houses whereever I wanted to see, yonkers, westchester, bronx, mount vernon ,new rochelle, and White plains, explained to me the good and bad of the house. She is a real estate person who is very knowledgeable about the local areas in westchester and bronx and also about the houses, and their value, she never pressured me to buy the house she was showing. She not only helped me showing the houses ,also helped me in closing by providing me with details and contacts for inspections , insurance and lawyers, who helped me in making my American dream of buying a home reality.
