His marketing is amazing, and he does extras like offering enhanced Zillow marketing, keeps in contact with you about how your listing is doing on different social media platforms, and will boost posts in areas that have a strong interest in your property. He is very attentive to his customers and goes above and beyond, keeping in contact with you on a regular basis. He also has a transaction coordinator who walks you through the process and sends you your documents, what items are needed etc. We have bought and sold many, many times, and Charlie is one of the best!
