ZillowVERIFIED Charlie is top notch!!! From the very first "interview" phone call, he was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and even answered questions before I had a chance to ask them. He knows the market! His marketing is amazing, and he does extras like offering enhanced Zillow marketing, keeps in contact with you about how your listing is doing on different social media platforms, and will boost posts in areas that have a strong interest in your property. He is very attentive to his customers and goes above and beyond, keeping in contact with you on a regular basis. He also has a transaction coordinator who walks you through the process and sends you your documents, what items are needed etc. We have bought and sold many, many times, and Charlie is one of the best!

ZillowVERIFIED For anyone looking for a realtor, Charlie Gonzales and his team were wonderful to work with and were very flexible with our scheduling needs. My husband and I were moving our family across states and we needed someone who was available for multiple showings on limited days, and could help us navigate the ins and outs of the real estate market in Middle Tennessee. Charlie was hard working and gave us his honest opinion on the various houses that we viewed. He also was very good about only steering us towards homes that met our needs. His team had excellent communication with us throughout the process as well. For anyone looking for a realtor in southern Middle Tennessee, I recommend Charlie Gonzales and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED In purchasing my current home, Charlie was very diligent in meeting my requests. I was out of town when the home came on the market. He went to the location and did a video walkthrough, talked me through possible issues, and helped submit an offer on the day the listing went active. Due to multiple unforeseen circumstances (buyer issues), my former home was incredibly difficult to sell. I was working out of town for much of the time, yet Charlie took care of everything - all of the details, large and small. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy OR sell a home. His work ethic, knowledge of the area and industry, and local contacts make him the right choice of realtor. I would choose him again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Charlie helped us every step of the way. He was very responsive when we had questions. He gave us multiple options through the process. He helped us pick the right mortgage company. He was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended places around the area to eat and shop. He was with us through all of it and is a really great guy. He helped us with the closing paperwork by explaining stuff to us in words we could understand. He did our final walk through with us to make sure everything was not damaged and was exactly how we wanted it. He helped us when we had the hiccup of the house appraising for less than our loan was going to be. Even at the end when everything was signed and done he said if we wanted to know anything about the area to just send him a text! I would definitely recommend him for anybody buying a house!

ZillowVERIFIED My daughters and I were relocating from CT to TN when I came across Charlie. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. If it were not for him none of this would have been possible. Trying to buy a house while living out of state and working full-time seemed like it was going to be impossible. Charlie asked all the right questions and had all the answers. He was actually here doing the ground work for me. He would send me houses I would pick the ones that I was interested in and he did a ton of research on them and knew if it was something or something to not waste our time on. We put together a list of houses and came up with 13 we were going to try to look at in a weekend. By the time we came down some were off the market and we were down to 7. We drove all over middle TN. Charlie came way out of his way for us. We looked at all the houses we wanted to and didn't find the one. We thought we were going to be going back to CT without finding a home. The day we were supposed to go back Charlie found it. It was the one. He got us a last minute showing and we fell in love. We found our house. We put the offer and they accepted. Then came time for the inspections. Charlie was a huge help with that also. He was able to find me the companies I needed and we got all of our inspections done in no time at all. We were able to close on our house and it was the best home buying experience thanks to Charlie!!! I can not recommend a better person.
