It was amazing to work with Walter. We never felt like working with an agent but it was more like a friend helping us out. Extremely knowledgeable, transparent, honest, communicates promptly. He helped us with home sale while we had to relocate out of state. He help with taking care of minor repairs too and it was a big relief to not have to travel back for minor items.
