Weichert Realtors Excel

Janine did a fantastic job. She was so patient with us as we looked for a house for over 2 years! She really helped us find the right one and made sure it was a great opportunity.

The best in the business! I cannot recommend Janine Grillo highly enough! Over the years, she has helped us sell three homes and purchase four homes, and every single experience has been exceptional. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to her clients are truly unmatched.

Janine helped my sister find a home a few years back and was highly recommended. I was an out of state buyer and had a week to find a home. She went above and beyond my expectations and was able to find my now home before it hit the market. She made the closing stress free and even after the sale she is still helping me with who to call for skilled labor. Her years of experience shines and the process was outstanding!

Working with my realtor Janine Grillo was an absolutely great experience from start to finish. Selling a home can be stressful, especially while preparing for a move, but she made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Janine was always responsive, kept me informed every step of the way, and were incredibly knowledgeable about the market. What I appreciated most was how proactive and supportive she was. Janine handled questions quickly, guided me through each decision, and made sure everything stayed on track all the way to closing. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I'm so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend Janine to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They truly made a challenging process much easier.

She was extremely helpful with finding houses to look at, getting us into the one we wanted, and always has a bright smile on her face! She's a great communicator and always explained anything I did not understand. She made everything more exciting and is very educated on how to do her job. I highly recommend using Janine! She is amazing!
