ZillowVERIFIED Janine really went the extra mile for my husband and I when we were selling our condo. She was always ahead of the curve, and everything - from start to finish during the selling and closing - went so smoothly. She held our hands throughout the process to make sure we knew exactly what to expect. I never really had to even reach out to ask questions because she already had addressed it. When our condo was appraised, the appraiser came in slightly lower than our selling price and she fought to get comps outside of our subdivision to get the value back up to where we believed it was - and we still managed to stay on track to close on our target date. I would recommend Janine to anyone who is looking to sell or buy (or both) in the metro Detroit area.
