Weichert, Realtors

My wife and I could not have been more happy with our choice of Patty Badia to help us sell my parents' house -- my childhood home -- after my mother passed away. Patty is a highly experienced and savvy realtor, but she is also a warm, friendly person who is easy to talk to and was quick to address all of our questions or concerns. The sale of the house didn't go without a hitch, but Patty was there to guide us through the process. And, in the end, she really delivered.

Patty was great to work with. I had some nightmare issues that arose involving the property I was selling through an estate and she was there with me every step of the way. And it was a long, long way. Nine months long. Her guidance and expertise helped me through all of it. I highly recommend meeting with Patty and allowing her to show you how great she is at her job.

Patty is amazing!! Best agent ever. She even gives you a gift for being here client. We just couldn't have gotten the best house, lawyer or deal without her and during a pandemic no less. Thanks Patty

Patty was great! She walked me through the home buying process. I purchased my first home with her help and she was very understanding that I was a new home buyer and needed extra guidance. She was extremely responsive I never had trouble reaching her through the process. I will use her again when I purchase my next home.

Patty was a great help to me and my wife after the death of my mother-in-law. She was very patient and understanding of the stress we were going through. Patty guided us through the entire process and got us the price and buyer we felt comfortable enough with to sell the family home to.
