ZillowVERIFIED There are no words that can ever express how amazing Patty Badia is!!!! Talk about trying to sell your house while purchasing a new house while living in a Pandemic and yet it all went smooth and perfect. Not one problem!!!! She replies back to you instantly. She stays on top of everything so that nothing falls through cracks which saves you stress. If you need assistance with anything shes on top of it. She also knows and refers other services to make your life so much easier. I highly recommend Patty to both sell your home as well as help you find your new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I was introduced to Patty by my lender, as one of their in-network top realtors. From minute one she showed remarkable professionalism. We come from out of state, so she invited us to meet with her at her office and took the time to get to know us and explain in detail how the very particular market we were interested in worked before showing us any properties. When we found the house, she handled the negotiation very well, and was with us every step of the process, until the day of the closing. She is very responsive and patient when you reach out to her. I would certainly recommend Patty.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty worked with us to understand what our needs were, and helped find properties we hadnt seen before. She also introduced us to great new towns/neighborhoods we hadnt considered before, and that we really liked.We did most of the property searching ourselves, but reached out to Patty when we found something we liked. She was always very quick to respond (within 24 hours at the most) and always came back with valuable research and intel. She was patient and understanding throughout our home tours as we often had to tour with our young children.When the time came to make an offer, Patty helped us think about pricing and incentives, as were in fairly competitive markets. She was always very responsive by text message (usually responds within an hour!) and followed through any time she promised to provide something.Even after closing, Patty followed up with us and helped negotiate unanticipated repairs in the house. Despite a lack of obligation on the sellers part at that point, she still managed to work out some renumeration.We would definitely work with Patty again in the future.
