He was also extremely honest and not just focused on selling a home for the commission. He made sure we found the house of our dreams... actually, he found the house we are closing on for us! He knew what we were looking for, and when the house came on the market- he went ahead and got us in there that morning. He came up with the perfect plan in making sure we got it, and it worked spectacularly. It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris! He was well informed and taught us a lot as this was our first home purchase. There were some unexpected and last minute hurdles from our loan underwriter and he helped us solve those issues and close on time! It was a great pleasure working with Chris. He was courteous, responsive and gave great advice as needed. I did have challenges in my property itself and we worked through that to get a good price without giving away the farm. Chris and I developed a great rapport and clearly it wasnt all about the commission. Chris has unquestionable integrity and great personal qualities I would employ Chris again first and highly recommend him. We will go cycling in the spring.

I highly recommend Chris as a realtor. He is professional, thorough, strategic, and attentive to all the details that matter. We sold one house and bought another with a very tight budget. His advice and projections were spot on. His extensive knowledge of houses and experience with the process were invaluable, making him a formidable negotiator. He knew when sellers had taken shortcuts on rehab projects, had great connections for our radon remediation and home inspection projects, and worked closely with our lender to ensure a smooth process. I frankly cant imagine a better realtor.

Sorry wish I could say nice things, but after looking for about three months we had to go elsewhere. This agent lost our paperwork and was not a very good negotiator. We ultimately found a house, but felt the service could have been better. He just wasnt willing to fight for us.
