It was a great pleasure working with Chris. He was courteous, responsive and gave great advice as needed. I did have challenges in my property itself and we worked through that to get a good price without giving away the farm. Chris and I developed a great rapport and clearly it wasnt all about the commission. Chris has unquestionable integrity and great personal qualities I would employ Chris again first and highly recommend him. We will go cycling in the spring.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris! He was well informed and taught us a lot as this was our first home purchase. There were some unexpected and last minute hurdles from our loan underwriter and he helped us solve those issues and close on time! Sorry wish I could say nice things, but after looking for about three months we had to go elsewhere. This agent lost our paperwork and was not a very good negotiator. We ultimately found a house, but felt the service could have been better. He just wasnt willing to fight for us.

Chris helped us out BIG TIME. We looked at probably 50~60 houses in a 3 month period, putting offers on 3 and finally being able to purchase our home. His emailed listings were always spot on and we had new listings in our inboxes every other day or so as they popped on the market. Chris really hung in there with us when we seemed to be constantly outbid or given the shaft on a deal and having things fall through. Being first time home buyers we were very picky and I was just waiting for that phone call where Chris would say he couldnt help us anymore but he really stuck it out. He explained everything in great detail and more than once. He was very flexible in his availability to show listings and always made sure we had a couple in the area to see in one day/night.Chris also stuck by us when we were in the negotiating phase during home inspection as well as during the FHA appraisal. He even went so far as to source a contractor and meet them at the property for repair work to be completed.Ive already recommended Chris to friends that are looking to buy and should I ever need to purchase a home again he would be my #1 choice.
