One late Thursday night in the middle of summer, I saw a house for sale and thought, "Hey, I'd like to look at this house tomorrow!" I sent an email around 10pm not expecting to hear back until the next day, however, i received an email response from Tammy within a half hour saying she would arrange a walk through the next morning with the listing agent! I thought "WOW, if I were a Realtor, this is how I would be! She is awesome! I saw the house the next day at 11am. I was not interested in that house, however, Tammy helped me find another more suitable home! Within a week, my house was listed for sale with her and under contract with the buyer - and - my offer on my new home was also accepted! She was wonderful, I couldn't be happier!

Tammy was great to work with. She knew everything there is to know about the island and was able to answer any questions we has about the town's rules and policies. She knew what house we wanted and kept us updated on any movement or price changes. Tammy made our dream of a beach house come true!! We highly recommend her!
