ZillowVERIFIED Tammy did a great job selling our property as well as getting us an excellent price. Tammy was particularly helpful with all of the issues that typically arise during the process of a sale including some 3 rd party companies she works with to get this done. Her knowledge of Brigantine was also very helpful to us. I would surely recommend Tammy as a realtor in Brigantine.

ZillowVERIFIED One late Thursday night in the middle of summer, I saw a house for sale and thought, "Hey, I'd like to look at this house tomorrow!" I sent an email around 10pm not expecting to hear back until the next day, however, i received an email response from Tammy within a half hour saying she would arrange a walk through the next morning with the listing agent! I thought "WOW, if I were a Realtor, this is how I would be! She is awesome! I saw the house the next day at 11am. I was not interested in that house, however, Tammy helped me find another more suitable home! Within a week, my house was listed for sale with her and under contract with the buyer - and - my offer on my new home was also accepted! She was wonderful, I couldn't be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy sold our house for us, and it was a great experience. What stood out most was that she always did what she said she would do, and she did it on time and with professionalism. From signing the listing agreement to final closing, she handled our sale (and us!) perfectly. She is also an outstanding marketer - photos, internet, print, signage and even billboards! If you're buying or selling in Brigantine, you can't go wrong with Tammy.

ZillowVERIFIED My girlfriend and I just purchased a beach house in Brigantine and used Tammy as our realtor. She was extremely responsive to text, call, & email at all times, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the island as a resident herself makes her input of great value, and she was able to steer us in the right direction.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful during every stage of our transaction. We met her at the first property and immediately felt comfortable with her. Next we walked through a home that we really liked, but not enough to make an offer. Since she knew the builder of that home, she immediately put us in touch with him to discuss our build options. After it was decided that building what we wanted was within our budget, she immediately went to work finding available properties on which we could build. Tammy was very knowledgeable about the island, the desirable areas, and the properties available. All of this was done on a Saturday/Sunday and by Monday, we put an offer on the property. Tammy was a true pleasure to work with, was very responsive, and is someone we would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED If you wish to sell your Brigantine home, then you should hire Tammy Lancaster. When I decided to sell my property, I asked a friend, who is a local real estate agent, how to select a Brigantine real estate professional. He researched the agents in Brigantine, spoke with Tammy, and recommended her to me based upon her sales record, advertising dollars, honesty, and years of experience. Upon hiring Tammy, she worked quickly to list the property, beautifully display it, and show it to prospective buyers. She responded promptly to my questions and kept me apprised of the process. She quickly located a buyer, and we sold the property above the asking price, exceeding my expectations.

She understands that buying a home is a commitment, and more than just a transaction. ZillowVERIFIED As I am a first time buyer, Tammy was amazing to work with and was highly responsive and helpful. Tammy clearly has a strong knowledge of the real estate market in Brigantine especially as the market has grown and was able to advise on market rates and trends. Given her experience in the market, she was helpful in the process by making introductions to mortgage brokers, home inspection contacts, and more which helped save time with a quick closing date. Tammy guided me through the purchasing process and again was quick to respond and super helpful with any questions.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and me purchased a condo 4 years ago with Weichert Realty. Our realtor at that time was Tammy Lancaster. Working with Tammy was such a wonderful and painless experience. Four years later we decided to sell our condo and had Tammy Lancaster once again as our realtor (Wechert Realtors) and again had a wonderful pleasant experience. She has so much knowledge and just a great personality. Hopefully in the near future we will purchase another home in Brigantine and of course use Tammy Lancaster again. Thank you for everything.Alan and Jane

ZillowVERIFIED Not knowing any realtors in Brigantine, we looked to Zillow to help us find the "right choice", which we definitely made. Tammy is Amazing!!!! She picked up the phone the first time we called her, we listed with her that week and she had our house under contract in two weeks at a premium valuation. The whole process took less than 8 weeks!! We actually never met Tammy face-to-face and wound up closing while out of the country so the entire process was done remotely. Tammy is one of the most professional people I have ever encountered, especially in an industry in which there are a lot of "different" styles. I would recommend her to anyone!!!
