From the moment Kia stepped into our home we felt like she was the one. Our crazy kids were running around, our home was still in the declutter phase of things and we had 2 dogs begging for her attention yet she sat right down and had her research (of our local comps) readily available. She was so friendly and professional, even tho we werent. That wasnt all tho, thru out the entire process she was just a text away. With 3 kids, talking on the phone is literally impossible for me MOST of the time, but she was always willing to text (small blessing for me for sure) however, she always called me for the big stuff. Our home had some unique challenges due to its age and competition but she stayed on it and always the for us, even when I lost my temper and patience with the whole process lol. If wed listened to her (a professional) about our price point to begin with, our home would have sold faster. I can not say enough about how pleased we are with kia, and my best advice when selling your home with her would be to LISTEN TO HER ABOUT THE COMPS! She knows her stuff!

Jeff is absolutely amazing. We initially got paired up through the Zillow contact form but we could not have gotten any luckier. He patiently waited for us to get funding and then got to work immediately when we were pre approved. Although Jeff had other clients he was working with simultaneously it always felt like we were his to priority. We put in several offers over the course of a couple days and each one was meticulously prepared by Jeff. When our offer was accepted we were so relieved, until the appraisal came in short. Rather than just walking away from the deal, Jeff negotiated for us and got there house for 10,000 under our offer price which is almost unheard of in this housing market. Jeffs knowledge and professionalism paired with a laid back no pressure real estate agent made the home buying process exponentially easier. I would work with Jeff again f we had to buy another house and would definitely recommend him to sentinel looking to try to navigate the mess of buying a home in central Texas right now. He started out as our real estate agent, but we definitely consider him to be part of the family now.
