I struggled to find someone because this was my first time buying and since I'm on the younger side even a lot harder. I didnt have knowledge of much but having chose Ginger Wells definitely made a difference dont know what Id do without her. She helped me for months look for a mobile home at a certain amount and a nice one as well. Her emails helped with her new findings of places and being able to look at them and see if it was a right pick. She is very professional at her job but shes also compassionate she doesnt rush things when looking. She actually listens to you and what your looking for she makes sure to get only the best for you. Shes on top of that a really nice person you can talk with you hire an actual human being not a robot like some agents that truly dont show emotion or compassion all they are interested in is making money. She went above and beyond when she got me a set of brand new dishes when I first moved in since I had my stuff in 2 storage places since I had gotten kicked out and still havent gotten the new place yet. She was also able to get me a loan officer that was also so very helpful and nice. Both these ladies definitely made my experience amazing from start to finish I would definitely recommend both of them to anyone.
