ZillowVERIFIEDGinger did an amazing job helping us find our home. She had a great understanding of what we were looking for and knew which houses would be a good fit for us. She was always kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. She was also very flexible when it came to scheduling showings. We had a limited window of time to view homes, and she went above and beyond to make it work for us. We truly appreciated her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring realtor.
ZillowVERIFIED10/10 Amazing agent! She answered every question we had and was on top of every step of the process. We were so happy to work with Ginger and we got a new house and a new friend out of the whole process! Completely recommend !
ZillowVERIFIEDI struggled to find someone because this was my first time buying and since I'm on the younger side even a lot harder. I didnt have knowledge of much but having chose Ginger Wells definitely made a difference dont know what Id do without her. She helped me for months look for a mobile home at a certain amount and a nice one as well. Her emails helped with her new findings of places and being able to look at them and see if it was a right pick. She is very professional at her job but shes also compassionate she doesnt rush things when looking. She actually listens to you and what your looking for she makes sure to get only the best for you. Her communication is also amazing she works around her schedule and yours to see when you can look at places that could be a match for you. Shes on top of that a really nice person you can talk with you hire an actual human being not a robot like some agents that truly dont show emotion or compassion all they are interested in is making money. With Ginger it definitely didnt feel that way, she made the process of searching and purchasing easy and smooth. She went above and beyond when she got me a set of brand new dishes when I first moved in since I had my stuff in 2 storage places since I had gotten kicked out and still havent gotten the new place yet. She was also able to get me a loan officer that was also so very helpful and nice. Both these ladies definitely made my experience amazing from start to finish I would definitely recommend both of them to anyone.
