Waterman Real Estate

Kory , thank you for being an awesome realtor, and now friend ! What I felt working with you was that you were a real person, and you really cared for our family and our needs in the house hunting process. We never felt rushed , pressured , or stressed by Kory. She always arrived early, in a wonderful mood, great energy & humor. She was knowledgeable and thorough, always came prepared, took notice of our likes and dislikes, helped navigate the whole home buying process so well! Thank you over and over again ! We have our keys and the fun is about to begin ! If youre looking for a realtor , look no further ! We will happily recommend Kory! Were certainly grateful to have crossed paths!

Miriam was an absolute saint with helping me buy a house. She has now helped 3 of my friends and myself purchase our first homes. i was a first time home buyer figuring out everything on my own with no help. Miriam was great at walking me through the process and when we toured homes she was looking at the structural aspect of the home and how well upgrades had been done. 10/10 would recommend her to a friend.

Working with Kory was an absolute dream! From our very first conversation, Kory demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep market knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping clients. Kory made every step of the process smooth, stress-free, and even exciting. She was always available to answer questions, offer expert advice, and provide reassurance whenever needed. What truly set Kory apart was her dedication to understanding exactly what we were looking for and going above and beyond to find the perfect fit. Her attention to detail, negotiation skills, and commitment to our best interests were outstanding. We felt completely supported every step of the way. Thanks to Kory we found our dream home, and the entire journey felt personalized and seamless. We couldn't be happier with the experience and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who truly cares and delivers exceptional results. Five stars without a doubt!!
