My wife and I have worked with Kate on the sale of two homes. First and foremost, Kate is a respectful, smart, and fully-engaged partner. She is responsive to inquiries and always provides honest, well-considered, and meaningful guidance / advice. Kate is super-thorough, throughout every stage of the process, from the initial meeting all the way thru to the closing. Kate seems to have thought of everything in advance and presents the information in a a very well organized and understandable way. With respect to resources, she has a great team and (also) appears to have positive / beneficial relationships with (almost) every real estate professional in town.Our most recent sale was a dream-scenario: We had 5 competing offers! I believe Kate was fully responsible for maximizing all of our opportunities, once listed: from generating interest in the property (12 showings in first 36 hours) to suggesting that we not immediately accept the first offer that came in (over asking price . . .). In the end, Kate skillfully took us through the five offers. The one that we ultimately accepted was 9.1% above list price!Kate will be our realtor for life - no question about it!
