Jules was very accommodating of schedules and was responsive even later at night and on weekends. She continued to be responsive and helpful even after close to a year of house hunting, since I was looking for something specific and had a contract fall through after a bad inspection. She has a great network of local professionals and is very knowledgeable about the area and process. She was also very helpful with negotiations, at one point we almost missed the deadline for responding to an inspection and she contacted the seller that evening to get an extension and negotiated a credit for the most impactful finding in the inspection. We also managed to get a great price for the property without losing out to another backup offer the seller had, which is a challenging tightrope to walk. Throughout the process she has been very helpful, and she continues to offer help and local contacts even after we've closed on the house, which I really appreciate.

Lena did a great job for us. She was accessible and very professional. She was always pleasant with us and we appreciated her opinion when we asked for it. She is a positive person and it made our choice of our new home so much easier having her confidence on our side.
