ZillowVERIFIED RC was recommended to my wife and I by a friend. Now I know why she didn't hesitate to share with me his contact information. We were relocating from outside of the area and RC helped us understand the area. Additionally, since we were from out of the local area, he helped us sort out options through electronic media so when we did make it to town to see some homes, we were able to spend time on only those that we had previously sorted through. RC also was great as we negotiated with the seller to finalize our contract and work through to closing.

I ran the idea by RC and he listed many reasons why using a realtor was a better decision. I decided to give him a shot at the listing. RC set the price 23% higher than I was going to list it for since he believed it was different from the comps in the area. Within hours on the market, we had full price offers and the house technically sold in four hours on the market. He helped in negotiating a delayed move-in and closed the sale. I was impressed! RC truly understands customer service and what it means to deliver.

ZillowVERIFIED RC helped us find the house we were looking for to turn into a home for our daughter. We were looking for a home in our budget that was in need of repair. RC helped us find that home. We also needed help refinancing our home and getting a rental loan. We planned to buy the house and then rent it our daughter and her husband. RC was very helpful in providing us with some local bank contacts and even advised when they were having loan specials. His services were prompt and efficient. If we ever plan to buy another home or sell either of the two we currently own I plan to contact RC and use his services.
