Ware Jones, REALTORS

Taylor did an outstanding job job helping us sell our house quickly while still selling for full price. We were in a unique situation that we could not have navigated without her.

As a first time home buyer, Taylor was exactly the friend I needed! She guided me every step of the way, and I mean, EVERY step! I found my dream home because Taylor saw my face when we walked in. She is connected to her clients in a very personable way. I am so thankful to have met and worked with Taylor. I highly recommend Taylor as an agent.

Lynda was amazing to work with every step of the way. She responded to my questions right away and was always on the ball with what was happening. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and provided solid comps for fair pricing. She was able to provide reasonably priced contacts for sale prep and repairs and saved me a ton of time not having to go in search of them (I was selling from out of state). I am very picky on who my agent is, and Lynda proved to be the shining star I was looking for!! Highly recommend her and if I could give her 10 stars I would!!

Found Taylor through Zillow and had a great experience looking for just the right home. She was very receptive to scheduling and looking at many homes all back to back maximizing my time. Each home brought us closer to making an offer shortly after. Her business relationships helped to listen to what I needed and negotiate successfully with the sellers agent to get me to a signed contract. She was always very responsive and allowed me to float ideas past her and get advantage of her experience in this market. We finished closing with no hiccups and I believe a good price for the home I purchased.

I had the pleasure of working with Taylor Waring during my recent home-buying process, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Taylor's professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail were exceptional. She guided me through every step, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transaction. Taylor's dedication and commitment to finding the perfect home were evident, and I highly recommend him to anyone in search of a reliable and knowledgeable realtor.
