This did not deter her. She picked us up at our hotel and showed us several homes in several areas. One of which I can not get out of my mind!! She was so knowledgeable about Memphis- its past and future. She discussed the pros and cons of the city. Gave us recommendations on where to eat, what to visit, where to walk. I went to ZILLOW & saw Lyndas name on several Memphis homes. While it appeared that there were NO homes in our price range on the ACTIVE list of Mud Island homes, Lynda did some additional leg work & found a home that was in the process of being repaired before going back on MLS. This FIND enabled us to buy the home without a lot of competition of other buyers. As it turned out, Lynda and I shared many common friends from college and we had a great rapport. What LUCK to have found her on Zillow. She also suggested that I list my house for more than what I thought it was worth. We put the house on the market, and she immediately had a sign in the yard and an open house scheduled.
