Vybe Realty

Jordan was great to work with! We had some hiccups throughout the process (not his or our causing). But, he ensured everything was taken care of for us and handled every obstacle swiftly. He made the buying process very easy for us. When obstacles occurred he gave us ideas on solutions. We listed our lot through Jordan and will be listing our other home through him as well. Such a pleasure to work with!

I don't think homebuying could ever be characterized as stress free, but working with Jordan gets you about as close to that as possible. He walks you through the whole process, and patiently and competently answers your difficult and (sometimes) silly questions with grace and clarity. You're also probably not going to find someone better connected/networked, because for every question or problem I had, Jordan "had a guy for that." Do yourself a favor and reach out to him today. Hes the best person for the job.

Jordan was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer this entire process was extremely daunting and I had no idea what to expect. Jordan made everything so streamlined and easy I could not recommend him enough. His communication and knowledge was outstanding and he eased every nerve I had about the process and about buying a home in general. I can not recommend him enough. If you are a first time home buyer do yourself a favor and get Jordan as your agent. Id do it again in a heartbeat.

Kevin was an exceptional realtor. He was able to find me a great offer that got to close in just a few weeks. He listened to what I wanted and delivered above expectations. Would highly recommend this realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell their property!

I had a great experience working with Jordan Larigan of Vybe Realty. As a first time home buyer, the process to purchase a home seemed daunting and out of reach for many years. After working with Jordan throughout the spring of 2026, we finally closed on a home in the Wilmington, DE area and we couldn't be happier! Jordan helped make the process easy and simple. I would definitely recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a great realtor in the Delaware or Maryland area!
