I don't think homebuying could ever be characterized as stress free, but working with Jordan gets you about as close to that as possible. He walks you through the whole process, and patiently and competently answers your difficult and (sometimes) silly questions with grace and clarity. You're also probably not going to find someone better connected/networked, because for every question or problem I had, Jordan "had a guy for that." Do yourself a favor and reach out to him today. Jordan was positive and upbeat throughout process. It was a complicated due to damage to property and tjat I was doing this from the West Coast. He is very knowledgeable about local resources to prepare for sale. It sold in 4 days at the asking price which was unexpected. Great to work with. Would definitely work with him again.
