Jahmal Boykin assisted us with the sale of my mother-in-law's house in North Dade County. She had lived in the house for almost 40 years. He was very professional in every aspect. He responded to her concerns and respected her wishes with his warm and friendly personality. I would highly recommend him to anyone. It was one of the best real estate experience we have ever had!

Mr. Boykin is an experienced and reputable broker. He takes pride in his work. My house was listed and sold in less than 5 months. He scheduled the showings during times that were convenient for me. He was very helpful and answered any questions and provided accurate information when I had any inquiries during the process. Mr. Boykin is efficient and responds to phone calls, texts and email immediately. His negotiation skills are excellent. I had a positive experience with Mr. Boykin and would highly recommend him to others in the future.

The Broker I contracted with prior to Mr. Boykin could not get my property sold in almost 1 year. Mr Boykin was contracted and we almost immediately started getting offers. Perhaps it is his professionalism. Perhaps it is how he communicates with clients. Perhaps it is his market knowledge and experience. My property sold within 3 months after Mr. Boykin was contracted! Perhaps you should use him!
