The Broker I contracted with prior to Mr. Boykin could not get my property sold in almost 1 year. Mr Boykin was contracted and we almost immediately started getting offers. Perhaps it is his professionalism. Perhaps it is how he communicates with clients. Perhaps it is his market knowledge and experience. My property sold within 3 months after Mr. Boykin was contracted! Perhaps you should use him!
