Forrest was and continues to be such a wonderful guide throughout the process of helping us purchase our first home. As first time home owners the process was daunting and overwhelming but he helped break down all the information and decision making into manageable chunks. He showed enough knowledge of real estate in the area to give us realistic yet dream big options to consider that other agents may have written off at first glance. It paid off and we have found a lovely lovely home to grow into and make our own. We were lucky to have worked with him and would continue to work with him in the future if the need arises. Thank you so much for all the thoughtfulness, care and efforts!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Katie Cimmarusti to sell our property in Lunada Bay. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, and we couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Katie made the entire process feel so much easier than we expected. She did an incredible job promoting our home and making sure it received the attention it deserved. Her efforts resulted in multiple offers, and she was excellent at navigating the offers and helping us get the best possible deal. What really stood out to us was how effortlessly Katie handled the buyers, inspections, and negotiations. She was always calm, professional, responsive, and on top of every detail. We always felt that she had our best interests in mind and that we were in very capable hands. Katie is also just incredibly easy to work with. She is personable, knowledgeable, hardworking, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Selling a home can be stressful, but having Katie by our side made such a difference. We are so grateful for everything Katie did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is an exceptional realtor and someone we would absolutely work with again!

Katie's advice is as good as gold. She does an excellent job across all facets of a Realtor's duties. She has great knowledge and a friendly personality. She helped wade through the confusion of the real estate contract. Specifically helped with finding a new lender after the first lender fell through. Helped negotiate a great price. Highly recommended!

We are so grateful we found Brit! We had spoken with a couple of other realtors before meeting her, and honestly, the difference was night and day. With the others, we often felt like they werent really listening to what we were looking for or were slow to respond. From our very first conversation with Brit, she was attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in understanding what we wanted. She took the time to talk through our goals, really listened to us, and offered thoughtful suggestions based on our actual lives and priorities, especially with two kids in elementary school. She never made us feel like we were just looking at houses; she was helping us think through what would actually work for our family. And then we found our house in Rolling Hills Estates. The moment we walked in, we knew it was the one. The problem was, a lot of other people apparently felt the same way! There was a lot of competition, but Brit knew exactly how to navigate the situation and made it happen. At this point, we are genuinely convinced that we would not have gotten our dream home without her. Brit was knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, strategic when we needed her to be, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. We could not recommend her more highly, and we will absolutely use her again in the future.

Katie was great during and after our buying process. She not only found the property that we ended up purchasing, but helped us with local professionals for advice on construction, landscaping, etc. Being newer to the area, it was a great help to have her local knowledge at work! I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the market!
