Forrest was a phenomenal agent. We had a very unique property, a highly upgraded duplex with ADU potential, and when we switched gears and decided to do a limited listing off-market, Forrest was right there with us. We literally moved out on a Monday, cleaned the place on Tuesday, and Forrest did 5 highly qualified showings over the next 2 days, resulting in a nearly full price offer without us having to do any work. When the closing got bogged down due to various delays, he advised us on our options, aggressively nudging the buyer, and in the end, we were able to get the deal done.
