Devon has not helped me through two purchases and one sale and I've been pleased with the process and outcome every single time. He's hardworking and pro-active no matter the price of the purchase/sale. I see him working just as hard for a million dollar sale vs a $200k sale.His hard work also extends to making sure I was comfortable throughout each step in the process. I had a lot of questions for him and he couldn't answer them all, however he would immediately seek out the answer and ultimately provide me with the information I needed in an acceptable time frame.Additionally, Devon was extremely patient when I experienced frustrations with my buyers. He knew that I ultimately wanted to sell and for what price and he made sure to appropriately managed the negotiations with the buyer so I encountered a minimal amount of any problems.I would absolutely recommend Devon to anyone looking to buy or sell.
