ZillowVERIFIED Hi, I met Devon this year under some unfortunate circumstances and we needed to do a quick trust sale of a house in Gardena. Devon is a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive to our family and needs. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. I highly recommend Devon as he really knows the market and industry. Not trying to entice anyone though when you find a good honest person to work with it is just a huge relief especially surrounding a large home sale. There were some really sensitive issues around the sale of the family home and legalities surrounding it, he is very professional with our attorney and made what seemed like a really complicated thing into something we could understand. Devon was able to keep things moving quickly and surprisingly we were able to sell without even putting the house on the open market and receive top dollar! It was tremendous amount of work to get the house ready for sell. One of the first things I asked him after I explained my situation was if he can get it done without me flying over there. He explained he can and of course everything was accomplished without me being there. So to this date, I have not met him in person. I am very satisfied with his work and communication we had. He was upfront and honest through the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband and I were in the market to upgrade to a larger house, we didn't hesitate to have Devon serve as our realtor. From the start, he was very professional, but also very approachable. Because this was our second time buying a house, we had specific wants and needs and Devon considered each one. He was always very honest and provided advice that was for our best interest. The search took about 9 months and Devon never lost momentum. He provided the same level of communication and attention throughout the process. When my husband and I finally decided on a house, it was a little over our budget. However, Devon came through for us and was able to negotiate with the seller. He made escrow less painful and took care of the requirements seamlessly. In addition, he helped us market and rent our other house withing a month of moving out. He went above and beyond what I would have expected of any realtor. Devon helped my husband and I purchase our house almost 2 years ago but his assistance still continues to this day. ZillowVERIFIED Devon Sutton was a true professional right from the start. It took us about six months to find the perfect, first home, and he was there every step of the way. My wife and I looked every day online for new listings, and along with Devon's searching, we were able to see houses on both weekdays and weekends. He always worked with our schedules, and because he was based out of South Bay, it definitely wasn't a close drive for him. So we appreciated that very much. There is definitely one instance that stood out for us. My wife and I had an appointment to view a house, and we were flying into LAX that afternoon returning from a weekend getaway. But our flight got delayed multiple times. With no ride and the definite possibility of missing our appointment, we asked Devon to pick us up from the airport and take us to the listing. He didn't hesitate whatsoever. This really showed his dedication to his clients. Your average agent probably wouldn't have done that. After we got an accepted offer, Devon made sure that we experienced the smoothest escrow closing ever. ZillowVERIFIED Over a year ago my wife and I were looking into buying a house. We had gone to another real estate sales man. (Bad idea) that person had us signed a contract to stay with them for 6 months it was to "protect us" to make that they will help us to get a house, but it was to protect them selfes. That company only showed us 3 houses in 6 months and they were out of our price range :( . Then my sister in law told me about a friend of hers that sold homes if we want to meet him. I say sure has to be better than the last person ( oh boy was he the best). After our frist meeting in a week he had showed us 6 home and all in our price range. We even put a bid on the frist home (but we got outbid) . Then the last house he show us we love it. We put another bid (this time we bid a little more then what the asking price was for). Finally we won the bid for the home we wanted (did I mention that my wife was 9 months pregnant). So we were going in to labor and Devon step in to make sure we got the house. He would make sure that we had all paper signed and turned in time (he would bring any paper our hospotal room my wife love how hard Devon work to get this house for us) our daughter was born June 25 and we move in to our new home on the 4 of July. I want to say thank you to Devon for all the hard work that he out to make sure we had a new home for our family. Thank you so much Devon! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Devon has not helped me through two purchases and one sale and I've been pleased with the process and outcome every single time. He's hardworking and pro-active no matter the price of the purchase/sale. I see him working just as hard for a million dollar sale vs a $200k sale.His hard work also extends to making sure I was comfortable throughout each step in the process. I had a lot of questions for him and he couldn't answer them all, however he would immediately seek out the answer and ultimately provide me with the information I needed in an acceptable time frame.Additionally, Devon was extremely patient when I experienced frustrations with my buyers. He knew that I ultimately wanted to sell and for what price and he made sure to appropriately managed the negotiations with the buyer so I encountered a minimal amount of any problems.I would absolutely recommend Devon to anyone looking to buy or sell.
