I had a wonderful experience working with Sonia. I was selling a property in New Mexico but I live in California. She provided me a current market analysis and she provided her expertise on a suggested listing price for my property. My property had been vacant for 7 months so time was of the essence for me. The property was listed on a Thursday with an open house the following Saturday. By Monday I had a clean offer from a buyer and escrow was opened. The transaction was very smooth.
