When we came to visit and see the home we had lease we were so disappointed and broke the lease and decided our family needed to purchase a home. The Venturi Realty Group was overwhelmingly recommended so we gave them a call. They were able to fit us in the next day with Kalandra Saavedra. We saw 8 homes in the short time we were in the area; Kalandra pulled off the amazing feat. She listened to us and began to notice patterns with what we liked and wanted and showed us homes we normally wouldn't have looked at (including the one we bought!). As we were leaving our initial visit in April we had a contract on a home. Kalandra was on vacation and she personally delivered the news that our contract had fallen through. Bryan truly did go above and beyond for our family showing us every house we sent his way in a timely manner. When working with him you truly feel like youre the only client he is working with. When selling our home he even went as far as helping me (I was 7 1/2 months pregnant at the time) get our pups and our daughter out of the house so the photographer could take the best pictures possible. When looking for our next home, I'm sure he showed us over 50 homes as I am very picky and with each new home he showed up with positivity and a smile which was helpful because after that many home you begin to feel a bit discouraged. He answers any questions you have in a way that you will understand and double checks for clarification and explains the process so thoroughly you feel so comfortable with the next steps in selling or purchasing a home. Lisa Pino (Venturi Group) was the glue that held me together over nearly 5 months of looking. Lisa possesses the following in spades: intelligence, knowledge, instincts, just the right amount of assertiveness, devotion to her clients, great work ethic and the energy to keep going. Plus add heart - I was not a million dollar client but felt that Lisa gave her all over and over as properties came up. Her even disposition and balanced perspective persisted - and when the 'right' property finally showed itself, she recognized it as I did. All in all, I can't think of anything Lisa could have done better. Whether buyer or seller, I recommend her without reservation.
