Venky Basam Home Team - Keller Williams Premier Realty

We couldn't be happier with the service Venky and his team provided. They kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond when an appraisal issue arose. Thanks to Venky's hard work and expertise, everything worked out in our favor. Highly recommend!

Excellent real estate agent. He is professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and less stress-free for us as a first time home buyer. Highly recommended!

Prior to listing my house I noticed Venky's signs all over the neighborhood. When it came time to sell he was my first call. After meeting with him and reviewing his plan, he was my only call. Venky and his team are communicative throughout the process. Multiple offers the first day. Needless to say if you want to sell your house, in my opinion there is only one agent in the Peoria area to use.

Venky was very supportive throughout the buying process. He made sure that we are not being rushed but at the same time knowing our needs he helped us move fast on the property we liked. Excellent service overall and fully satisfied with him.

Buying a Home in this country was a dream and Venky helped us making this dream a reality. Home buying experience with Venky was really nice and smooth. He is a true expert in real estate. Highly recommend him for any real estate needs.
