ZillowVERIFIED Prior to listing my house I noticed Venky's signs all over the neighborhood. When it came time to sell he was my first call. After meeting with him and reviewing his plan, he was my only call. Venky and his team are communicative throughout the process. Multiple offers the first day. Needless to say if you want to sell your house, in my opinion there is only one agent in the Peoria area to use.

ZillowVERIFIED Venky is a master of his craft. We had already worked with couple of agents while buying properties but when it came time to sell our primary residence we were advised to meet Venky. He prepared an excellent sales strategy and gave us an honest and realistic opinion of the property. From coming soon to listing, staging to open house he has the best team and advice to get the best offers. We managed to sell the property very quickly and over the asking price due to excellent marketing from Venky and his team (house is very beautiful as well). If you are looking to buy or sell properties in Peoria or Dunlap area, don't go anywhere where, Venky got you covered.
