Hubby got a new job and we had to move. We saw signs for a realtor who lived in our neighborhood. The homes he had listed sold within a matter of days. We thought we would give him a try. We have sold 2 houses in the past and never had a realtor like Ryan Berry. With other realtors we sometimes wouldnt hear from them for weeks. With Ryan we were constantly kept up-to-date via phone calls, messaging and emails. We were never in doubt where we were at in the process. Things were always clear on what steps needed to happen next. Welisted our house and within 24 hours we got an offer that we were pleased to accept.
