We were moving from out of state to Florida and we had a short window to look for a house, especially for a house that had some of the things we were looking for. From the first time we met Ryan, we felt so comfortable with him, almost like we knew him for years. He is truly one of the kindest people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. From beginning to end, he made us feel special, even to the point of VIP parking at his agency! He really got to know us and our situation, what we were looking for in a house and did everything he could to help us. And that he did! Ryan gave us 100% of his attention over the several days we were here. He took us to many, many houses. And as houses popped up on the market, he took us to those as quickly as possible as well. He even dropped everything on a weekend afternoon to meet us at one of those houses that had just come on the market. In fact, the house that we ended up purchasing was listed just a few nights before we had to head back North. This house, now our new home, had everything we were looking for. Ryan worked his magic and was able to get us in for the first showing the next morning. By the end of the day, we had an offer/contract presented to the sellers! There are so many things that we could say about Ryan but his communication throughout the buying process was above and beyond. Being that we were moving from out of state, the process is more difficult as each state has its own way of doing things and speed as to which that happens. From afar, Ryan updated us on the process almost daily through emails, texts and phone calls. We were especially thankful for this as the state we were moving from has a long mortgage process and we were worried that we would lose the house on the Florida end. But Ryan did everything he could to ensure that wouldnt happen and made us feel comfortable along the way that everything would work out just fine. Anyone who moves knows what a stressful process it is but Ryan really made it a calm under stress. Ryan set us up with a wonderful loan officer who helped us secure our mortgage. He even helped us set up our inspection and was present during it, which was a really big help being that we werent in the state at the time. Ryan also accompanied our cousins on the final walk through. He really made the entire process of buying a home a seamless one. We truly believe that he is one of the biggest reasons why the selling of our home up North and the purchase of our new home in Florida worked out. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone we know that is looking for a house in Florida because he is a top-notch real estate agent! We thank Ryan for all that they did to help us!

He sent us weekly updates on the work he was doing to advertise the property and of any views on the listing. If we ever need to buy or sell again Ryan will be our first (and only) call. A little back history on our sale: My husband and I had been trying for years to sell vacant property "buy owner" with numerous calls by interested parties but very little follow up afterwards. We contacted a local realtor who wanted us to list the property way under fair market value. We hired a different realtor (one of those friend of a friend looking for business) and had even less success (not many realtors want to deal with vacant land). Ryan was super professional and he treated our vacant land listing as if it was as important as a million dollar home. I would HIGHLY recommend using him!
