Utah Select Realty

Steven made every step of the process of buying a home easy. From start to finish i felt like he was there for each one of the steps. His communication was professional and provide great expertise in what to look for in a home. I would absolutely recommend him and if I ever need another home ill use him again.

Steve was a pleasure to work with. We live out of state and did the whole search and successful transaction remotely. He helped lead us in the right direction and made the whole experience very pain free and simple. Thanks Steve!

Steve put us in our new family home. If you work with Steve, and you should, get used to having this conversation: "Who is your realtor?" "Steve Krambule" "Oh yeah, Steve is great!" I had that same exchange with lenders, title agents, home inspector, roofer - you want a realtor with good connections and a good reputation. That's Steve!

Steve really helped my wife and I during our first home buying process. He was quick to find homes that fit our checklist, worked around our schedule, and educated us along the way. 10/10 recommended!

Steve did an outstanding job of selling our home! He is easy to work with, very responsive with communication, and is knowledgeable about the market. We had been with a different realtor prior to Steve, but should have gone with him from the start! He sold our home in less than 3 months, in a tough market. If you work with Steve, you can count on him working hard for you! Would highly recommend his services!
